Prototype Assembly and Design - Our design and assembly operations make us very effective at building and testing the first units of a new design. 

Product Testing - Our testing equipment and knowledge are used to be sure your product is going to work. We can help you get UL, FCC and CE testing done at an approved lab. 

Environmental Testing - Our environmental chamber is used to test products from -35 to +110 degrees Celsius. 

Electronic/Mechanical Assembly - Our equipment and skills enable us to assemble most mechanisms. 

Turnkey Assembly - From your prints or our designs, we can purchase all the parts and give you a finished unit. 

Component Purchasing - With the industry constantly changing, replacing obsolete parts is often necessary. Our engineering staff makes sure you get the correct components. 

Circuit Design and Printed Circuit Layout - We capture schematics, do component placement & routing and generate Gerber files from your design or your idea. It may be possible to convert your files with our programs. We currently use PCAD 2006 and Altium Designer Summer 09. 

Software/Firmware Design - Most of our firmware design is done in the native assembly language of the microcontroller used for highest performance and lowest cost. We also work with higher level languages such as C and Visual Basic. We specialize in microchip PIC controllers and the 8051 series, or can use any microcontroller your application requires. 

Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs, PLDs) - Let us use our experience to get your product in production on schedule. 

Mechanical/Packaging Design - We design chassis, cabinets and devices with moving parts and create CAD fabrication drawings for production. We currently use SolidWorks. 

Assemblies from Samples, Customer Design or Our Own Designs - We will work with you on your design, or create the entire design for you. 

Assembly and Testing Fixtures - We design and build efficient testing and assembly fixtures to reduce production costs. 

Testing Procedures - Precise testing procedures enable us to produce consistent quality when testing your products. 

Vacuum Encapsulation with Epoxy, Silicones and Polyurethanes - We have considerable experience working with encapsulation products and designing and building molds. 

Cable Assemblies - We build many types of cable assemblies using our wire prep equipment and crimping tools. 

Surface-Mount Assembly - We assemble surface mount PCBs by hand, semi automated or fully automated to fill all your assembly needs from quantity one on up. 

High Mix Pick and Place Machine - With dual vision system for fine-pitch placement

AOI Automated Inspection - Top and four side view cameras and a laser inspects solder joints and checks for correct component placement and value. Inspection is done at the end of the SMT line

BGA Removal and replacement - Conceptronics Freedom Series HGR 2000 BGA rework station 

X-Ray Inspection - To inspect BGA's or find internal board defects 

Microscope Work - Use of a stereo microscope helps us do precise intricate work. 

Production Testing - We test what we build, or provide testing for devices brought into our shop. We also troubleshoot and repair.
