Embedded Microcontrollers
Mechanical and electronic design of a wireless battery powered two axis firearms training target
Handheld wireless controllers with ranges of 100 meters, 600 meters, and 2 kilometers
Variable speed wireless DC motor controller
TRIAC speed control of an AC motor by a microcontroller
A tester for field use used to test motor control devices using 4 microcontrollers
Analog Design
Test system to monitor current and voltage and also control the voltage or current of 169 points using 182 microcontrollers
Alignment and testing of VHF and UHF transceivers
12 volt 25 amp submergible power supply with 50 amp surge capability
Network Enabled Devices
Network controlled solenoid driver with 242 outputs using an FPGA and 4 CPLDs
Security keypad connected by a LAN
Mechanical Designs
A target lifter for firearms training that can lift 50 pound targets
Pneumatically operated probe card holder that uses pogo pins to make contact to 600 test points
Many housings and brackets used to contain electronic circuits
